Study under Chef Takeshi Suda, an award winning chef that is celebrated as one of the top Japanese cuisine chefs in Japan.

This workshop takes place inside his special restaurant located right inside the Kamo Aquarium and has a 180 degree view of the ocean. In this activity you will see how sushi is made from start to finish and also have the chance to work with freshly caught and top grade sashimi from the coast of Tsuruoka City. Chef Suda is a master instructor who teaches culinary techniques around the world and regularly works alongside some of the best chefs in Japan.
