Do you like snow? Outdoor activities? History? Exploring off the beaten path? We have an opportunity for you.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime one-day opportunity. Matsunoyama Hot Spring wants to introduce more people to Matsunoyama Area, so they have decided to offer a full tour completely FREE OF CHARGE to all non-Japanese applicants.

Prince Takamatsu went on the "Matsunoyama Skiing Tour" in March of 1957. This "Royal Snow Tour" follows the course the prince walked at that time. He started at the peak of the Matsunoyama Hot Spring Ski Area ski lift, and then went through Chayatoge to reach the end goal—Tsunan Station.

Now, trekkers go through the course with skis, a snowboard, or snowshoes. By going on this tour, we hope you will learn about the history and lifestyle of of Snow Country while enjoying the unique white winter scenes combined with early spring vegetation.

This one is FREE (normally 15,000 JPY + all transportation costs + lodging + rental equipment)

Due to the overwhelming response we have received to our "FREE Royal Snow Tour", we are going to hold a lottery for participants. We will close the applications on 3 March, randomly select winners, and inform the winners over the following few days. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
